Bond Issue Information
PLAN Group underwent a restructuring exercise that started in 2022 and was concluded in 2023. In September 2023, the holding company was converted into a public limited company and is currently awaiting approval from the Malta Financial Services Authority to issue a new bond. In line with our reporting obligations and our philosophy to be as transparent as possible, from time to time the Group publishes information to keep the market updated with the most recent news and results.
